These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the PrismBadge mobile app and website at prismbadge.app (the “Service”), operated by Halcyon Code (“PrismBadge”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using it, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Email us at support@prismbadge.app if you suspect unauthorised access.
You retain ownership of the content you add to PrismBadge — your badge name, pronouns, status messages, social links, and similar (“Your Content”). You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, and display Your Content solely to operate the Service, including rendering your public profile. You are solely responsible for Your Content and confirm you have the rights to share it.
You agree not to use the Service to:
We may review, moderate, and remove content, and suspend or terminate accounts, that we reasonably believe violate these Terms or the law. The Service provides a way to report profiles; we review reports and act at our discretion. We are not obligated to monitor content but may do so.
Your profile is public and accessible to anyone with your link or QR code. Your social hub links to third-party platforms that we do not control and are not responsible for; your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms.
The PrismBadge name, logo, app, website, and their design are owned by Halcyon Code and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service except as permitted by law.
We provide the Service “as is” and “as available”. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. You use the Service at your own risk.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to those non-excludable rights, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, Halcyon Code will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, and our total liability arising out of or in connection with the Service is limited to AUD $100.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Halcyon Code from any claims, losses, or damages arising from Your Content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or where required by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where changes are material, provide additional notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
